Director of Client Services

Classification: Full-Time (30 - 35 hrs/wk)

The Director of Client Services plans, organizes, and oversees client services programs and the services provided by volunteer client advocates. The Director of Client Services assures that client services volunteer advocates are recruited, fully trained and supported; that all client services/programs are of the highest quality possible and consistent with the mission and vision of Alight; and that clients are served with respect and according to the Commitment of Care and Competence.

Volunteer Client Advocate

Classification: Part-Time, Volunteer, Flexible Hours

Our Volunteer Client Advocates provide direct service to Alight Center clients. Specific positions include: Options Consultant; Education/Class Advocate; Men's/Fatherhood Education & Support Advocate; Adoption Advocate; Support After Abortion Advocate.
